IME, scangearmp2 is provided at the same location as the Canon drivers
on the Canon web site..
Our results for a Canon TS9565 are;
A)On the USB host machine; all three programs find the scanner.
B)Across the wired network, only scangearmp2 finds the scanner.
Xsane and simple-scan do not find the scanner.
Tip; make sure the printer/scanner is actually on & active and not
sleeping. BTDT.
