[sane-devel] scantpaper v3.0.11 released

Changes compared to v3.0.10:

* Fix previous profile not being set on startup
* When adding a user-defined tool in preferences, update the combobox
   in the scan window immediately if the tool is executable and
   otherwise display an error.
* Fix various bugs causing the progress bar not to display properly

Changes compared to v3.0.9:

* Plumb the OCRmyPDF progress into the GUI progress bar
* Fix parsing scan options when name is None.
   Thanks to Christoph Moench-Tegeder for the patch.
