Changes compared to v3.0.7

* When opening the crop dialog, if the pan tool is selected, switch to
   the combined tool. Closes #64 (Opening crop dialog should
   automatically activate rectangular select or combined tool)
* Various performance improvement for the image viewer
* Fix mismatch between image tool and menu/toolbar on start-up.
   Closes #62 (After initial scan, cursor is always in move mode)
* Fix saving and loading session database and dealing with crashed
   sessions.
* Fix displaying local documentation
