[sane-devel] No Backends found

Hey Joe!
I think the goal here is first to get scanimage to work using the SANE
drivers. Once that does, Xscan and Xsane will follow.
So make sure you installed scanimage and if your distro has sane-backends,
install that as well (it should have if your distro's package manager
handles dependencies).
Once you have that, open a Terminal window and type in: scanimage -h
Just let it cook if it pauses. It will probe for a scanner.
When it's done, copy/paste the "List of available devices" that shows at
the end and reply back with it. (If you're not familiar with terminal
windows, let us know)
