I know the name of the driver I downloaded, and it's an .rpm.  Dnf 
should find it so that I can remove it, but it doesn't show up.

Yes, I know what we're doing here as I spent a number of years doing 
phone tech support for an ISP, and you're doing a good job of it.  Now, 
what do we do about this?
