Hi, I am wondering about your thoughts on compatibility with a SANE 
backend and capability with XSANE frontend also.

Also is there a better SANE scanner backend supported device (scanner) 
option used with another color laser printer model and brand?

The MFC-J485DW here Magenta refuses to flush or clear out it's 
printhead. Without taking it apart I am going to consider purchasing a 
Laser Printer Multifuction Device. I would also like your thoughts on 
any model brands etc that you would recommend. Xerox has been around a 
long time but is the scanner quality and support very good?
