Changes compared to v3.0.21:

* Optimize page display: creating a page pixbuf now uses pixel data
directly instead of encoding the full-resolution image as a PNG to a
temporary file, dramatically speeding up page switching for large
   color scans.
* Fix saving a session (SDB) - selecting "scantpaper session" in the
Save dialog now actually saves the full session database to the chosen
location so it can be reopened and work resumed later.
* Reopened `.sdb` sessions are now edited in place, as intended: the
opened file is the working session and keeps your edits. Crash
recovery no longer offers a stale snapshot of it, and saving or
reopening a session no longer triggers an unsaved-pages warning on
   quit.
* Allow the "Alternate rotation every 2nd page" toggle to be used with
one-page-at-a-time flatbed scans (no scanner hardware button). Parity
persists across consecutive scans until the toggle is explicitly
   turned off.
* Fix text-layer and annotation corrections not being undoable.
Accepting, adding, duplicating or deleting a word or annotation is now
a real undo step: one Undo brings the box back, one Redo re-applies
the edit, and the page repaints with the restored layer. Previously
   Undo only reset the view.
* Editing a page's text, annotations or resolution now marks it unsaved
again, so quitting after the edit offers to save it; undoing the edit
restores the page's earlier saved/unsaved state.
* Undo a resolution change applied to several pages from the Properties
dialog in a single step, instead of one undo per page.
* Fix the text-layer and annotation editor keeping a box selected from
the old page after switching pages, so a following accept or delete
can no longer act on a stale box.
