Changes compared to v3.0.18:

* Log automatic corrections of wrongly typed configuration values
   instead of showing them in the start-up message; only values that
   cannot be corrected are reported to the user.
* Fix PDF encryption to also work with Ubuntu Jammy's (22.04) qpdf 10
* Fix scan options saved by gscan2pdf 2.x (with no frontend list) being
   silently ignored at startup and then wiped from the config file. The
   stored options are now applied to the scan dialog and kept on save.
* Fix startup warning about a legacy `null` image type from gscan2pdf
   2.x configs by migrating it to the default `pdf`.
* Fix applying a scan-options profile getting stuck in a reload loop and
   ending in a reload-recursion error when the scanner driver reverts or
   couples options (e.g. page size and scan area). Such an option is now
   set at most twice and then dropped for that apply, so the scan
   proceeds with the options the driver accepts.
* Keep sub-millimetre precision (e.g. 115.2 mm instead of 115 mm) when
   defining custom paper sizes in the scan dialog. Fractional dimensions
   are now accepted and preserved, while whole-millimetre sizes are still
   shown without a trailing `.0`.
* Show and accept the locale's decimal separator (e.g. 115,2 in a German
   locale) when entering fractional paper dimensions; a period still
   works too.
* Show and accept the locale's decimal separator for numeric scan-option
   values too: list/combobox items (e.g. resolutions) and free-text entry
   defaults display with the locale separator at full driver precision,
   and typed comma values are sent to the backend as canonical numbers.
   Applying a scan profile written with a decimal comma no longer
   crashes.
* Fix the Postprocessing rotate controls always defaulting to 90° in the
   scan dialog, ignoring the "rotate facing" and "rotate reverse" values
   stored in the configuration file (e.g. 270°). The configured angles
   are now honoured when the dialog opens.
