<br>I wrote a few guides on updating to the latest version of sane, setting permissions and how to check to see if your unsupported scanner is a clone of a supported scanner. I put in links to several proprietary drivers. <br>
<br>I tried to simplify things for the beginning ubuntu user as much as possible.<br><br>Feel free to edit my work, or add your own content.<br><br>Jack<br>
