crossbuilding this package in the normal way:
apt-get build-dep -aarmhf libsepol
cd libsepol-2.1.4
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck dpkg-buildpackage -aarmhf
fails in the strpi at the end because the wrong compiler is used. It
uses the BUILD arch compiler instead of the HOST arch cross-compiler.
Setting CC in the rules file fixes it.
One-line patch attached.
