[DSE-Dev] Bug#689048: policycoreutils: Init script complains 'success' cannot be found

Dear Maintainer,

On boot I noticed the following error message:

Starting sandbox/etc/init.d/sandbox: line 72: success: command not found
/etc/init.d/sandbox: line 72: failure: command not found

Fortunately whatever the script had to do has been done by then... except presumably reporting on the success or failure of the operation.
