Thanks for your bug report.

The .pc file indeed seems missing the -lpthread flag. But at the same
time, it seems that the aide package is missing a build-dependency
against pkg-config.

Should I open a bug?

I'll fix this in the libselinux package soon. It also probably
needs "Requires.private: libpcre" too.
