The AVC messages about udp_socket access are due to dhclient forgetting to 
close file handles before executing child processes.  That is a minor bug in 
dhclient but has no affect on operation.

I've got a version of selinux-policy-default in the above repository that 
allows dhclient to bind to port_t ports which will solve this problem.  I'll 
allow something similar in Jessie.
