[DSE-Dev] Bug#776205: selinux-basics: dbus uninstallable in lxc container due to selinux

When trying to install dbus in a lxc container (with wheezy installed),
I get this error:

selinux is not installed on the container, selinux is installed but not enabled
on the host.
