[DSE-Dev] Bug#756729: about to close

I'm going to upload a new policy to unstable that closes this bug.  It allows 
udev to restart systemd services (the core problem with allow-hotplug).  The 
policy in question doesn't support all the features of the version of systems 
in unstable (I'll get to that later).

For people who use Jessie the above APT repository will have the new policy to 
fix these problems.
