The purpose of the selinux-basics init script is to label all files on LOCAL 
filesystems if necessary.  Therefore there is no benefit in having NFS 
filesystems mounted and it might even be a disadvantage.

I'm not an expert on the way init scripts work so any suggestions on how to 
achieve that goal will be appreciated.
