[DSE-Dev] Bug#888907: setools: apol does not does not find SETools libraries

Package: setools
Version: setools3-master  （https://github.com/TresysTechnology/setools3）OS :centos (I have done this:  yum install setools-gui (the apol is availble.); (I want to revise the setools code to realize my idea.perform：$cd setools3-master$./configure$make $make  install$cd apol$./apol  (FAILED))apol fails to start and gives this message:
[root at localhost apol]#./apol
Initializing libqpol... FAILED. The SETools libraries could not be found in any of these subdirectories: /usr/share/tcl8.5 /usr/lib64/tcl8.5 /usr/lib64/tk8.5 /usr/share/tk8.5 /usr/local/lib/setools /usr/share/tcl8.5/tcllib-1.14
[root at localhost /]#  cat /proc/versionLinux version 3.10.0-514.el7.x86_64 (builder at kbuilder.dev.centos.org) (gcc version 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-11) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Tue Nov 22 16:42:41 UTC 2016
