This upload should fix #1024185, since version 1.3.0 includes a fix
for https://github.com/SELinuxProject/selint/issues/244.
The changelog does not include a Closes: directive since I prepared
the upload a while ago, but Laurent, the usual sponsor and member of
the SELinux team, is quite busy and has not yet had time for a
sponsorship.
