Thanks, I've just uploaded a new version to fix this.

Also for userspace my aim is to depend on the current version every time 
regardless of whether it's needed.  Sometimes one of the packages in the 
dependency chain has just a version number change for the new update so they 
have matching versions of everything, in that case I plan to still depend on 
them just to avoid confusion - there seems no downside in doing so.

I'll fix secilc in that regard too.
