[Soc-coordination] GSoC packages in NEW - fasttracking?

        Heya,

 My student has 3 packages in NEW now; I think that due to the time
 limits of the GSoC, it might be a good idea to request GSoC related
 packages to be fast-tracked.

 Are you in the same situation?  Can you please list the packages you're
 waiting for so that I can group a request to ftpmasters if we follow
 that route?

 The packages of my student are:
     python-btsutils
     python-bzutils
     bug-triage
