Me too, I'd like to go: I took part to the summer of code twice as a
student but this year there were too few slots to act as a mentor. My
previous experiences were with Ubuntu first and then with Debian, and there
are a few points that I think it is worth to share about them which could
help us to improve the effectiveness of these projects in the future.

As already said, if others with a deeper background or a more direct
involvement with the projects for this year would like to go, I'll
be happy to leave space for them.
