Hello everyone,

Apologies to those of you subscribed to the GSoC announcement list who
will receive this reminder twice.  When it comes to getting
evaluations in on time, you can't be too careful. :)

All mentors with students assigned must complete an evaluation of
their student. If you will be unable to complete your student's
evaluation by 14 July at 19:00 UTC please make arrangements for your
organization administrator to complete it on your behalf.

If you are a mentor working with a student who is not assigned to you
in the Google Summer of Code web app, please collaborate with your co-
mentor(s) so that the data entered for the evaluation reflects your
collective experience with the student.

If you are a mentor or organization administrator without students
assigned to you, please take the time to complete our overall program
survey.
