[Soc-coordination] SoC: Final summarys for a press release, please!

Debgraph aims to build a complete graph of dependencies and
relationships between packages and other entities related to them. This
would allow to find interesting patterns in these relationships, e.g.
bugs in the dependencies. Adam Jensen wrote a set of operators, and
tackled the big work of getting a lua binding to work.
