[Soc-coordination] Mentors: your pre-evaluation please

Hi mentors,

Thanks for all your hard work this summer.

We are approaching the end of the Summer of Code program this year and
we'll have to decide for the final evaluation.
Mentors traditionally have the last as to pass or not their student.

Nevertheless, I'd like a heads-up and a short comment from you before
the final evaluation.
