[Soc-coordination] IMPORTANT: final report and evaluation

Hi!

The coding time is finishing soon and mentors will have to submit
a final evaluation to Google while students will have to submit a final
evaluation to Google *and* a final report to Debian.

The evaluations to Google must be submitted from August 22 to August 25.
If you can not submit your mentor evaluation to Google within this dates,
please let us to know in *advance*.

The final student report will be different for the previous 4 reports.
This time you are expected to write about what you have done during all the
coding period and tell how far you went from your original plans from
the initial submission ;)
Also it would be nice to add what improvements could be done to your
project (and even nicer if you stick around after the GSoC and do them!)

Please, be *verbose* and include in the top a 4-5 lines summary of
what you achieved during the summer for quick readers and for press release
purposes.

This report must be send to this list between Friday 19 and Monday 21.
