Hi all,

We've been participating in the Google Summer of Code for a couple of years
now.
I'd like to take a moment for you all to share practical experiences about
the GSoC, be it as an admin, a mentor or a student.
What do you think we should change or do to improve our participation in the
program ?

A few points:
- How can we better communicate before and during the GSoC what we are doing
at Debian, both within and outside of Debian?
- How to improve the way we gather an ideas list? We're having some trouble
coming up with a good list each year.
- How to help with mentoring? Can teams co-mentor a student? What was your
experience working with multiple mentors if you did that?
- What kind of participation should we foster from all DDs during the summer
? How could we do this?

Cheers. And stay civil :)

Arthur
