[Soc-coordination] GSoC students attending DebConf11: please submit your key

All:

A brief reminder for anyone attending DebConf11.  Please insure
you have created a strong GPG key *and* configured caff to create
strong signatures.

Add the package "signing-party" if you haven't done so already.

They key part of your gpg config is adding
  "cert-digest-algo  SHA512" to ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf

And then:
  $ mv ~/.caff/gnupghome/gpg.conf ~/.caff/gnupghome/gpg.conf.old
  $ ln -s ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf ~/.caff/gnupghome/gpg.conf
