A couple of new ideas, mostly from IRC (courtesy of ana and svuorela):

Outreach:
 "Create a default set of user data to make a demo machine non-empty"
 (svuorela)
 "Create a video showing how to install Debian in your language, and
 upload it to youtube" (ana)
 "Add more screenshots to screenshot.d.n" (ana)

Based on the video idea, I'd also add something like this:

"Create a video showing how to upgrade an older version of Debian to a
newer one, and upload it to youtube" (perhaps add to the description
that old, obsolete packages should be removed in the process too, but
that makes it a bit harder)

"Create a video titled `The Unstable Desktop', showing how Debian
unstable is useful as a desktop, despite its scary name"

"There is more than one way to do it! Show four different desktop
environments in Debian, and showcase their strenghts and weekenesses"
(this could also be a UI task, instead of Outreach)
