Hi,

In case you have forgotten, Monday (21st May) is the first day of the
GSoC coding period. The community bonding ends and by now, you should
have been acquainted with Debian and its community. You are very much
welcome to send a report (or blog) detailing how it went.

Have you setup your development environment? If not, now would be the
right time to do it!

We hope that you have discussed your GSoC project with your mentor; a
healthy discussion about the project before you start development
proves to be beneficial and helps save time later. To aid to this, as
communicated earlier, we require biweekly reports from you -- these
will help you monitor your progress yourself and also help us to see
how you are progressing.

If you have any questions, please ask here or on IRC #debian-soc
(irc.oftc.net).

PS: Please submit your 'Proof of Enrollment' and 'Tax Forms' to Google
by Friday, 18th May, 2012 (today). Delaying this will delay your
welcome package!

Your neighborhood GSoC admins,
Ana Guerrero, Gergely Nagy, Sukhbir Singh
