[Soc-coordination] Alioth project deletion

Hi,
due to the failure of my GoSC project, I propose to delete the alioth
project I created for this GoSC.
The student provided really small quantity of code and I don't think it
is of value to keep the project open as such.

Is it ok to ask for deletion or should we keep it as a track of the
project, even if it is almost empty?
