[Soc-coordination] Status Report of MIPS N32/N64 Port, Week 6

Hi,

In the seventh week of this GSoC project, I've create a new cross
toolchain which has full multilib support included[1], and cross
compiled 6 more source
packages using it.

The source packages are[2]:
ncurses
readline6
less
libwibble (re-worked)
libpciaccess
libusb

Bugs I have reported this week are:
#718614: gcc-4.8 libstdcxx use cross-gencontrol
#718617: selinux DSO linking
#715038: updated patch for eglibc
