Hello everyone,

I spent this week fixing bugs, tidying up code and writing/updating
documentation.

Changes:
.) oath-toolkit now finally supports SHA256/512 (thanks Simon Josefsson!)
.) all structs and enums defined by liboath are now in the correct
namespace and included in the documentation
.) fixed a previous error in the way challenge combinations were
generated for two-way authentication
.) include all the test vectors defined by the RFC (and then some)

Plans for next week:
.) convince upstream for oath-toolkit (i.e., Simon Josefsson) to merge
my oath-toolkit and release version 2.6.0
.) continue refactoring and clean up of dynalogin code as well as
writing documentation for it.

As always, my code can be found on
github.com/Fabian-Gruenbichler/{oath-toolkit,dynalogin} in the branch
'ocra'.

Regards,
Fabian
