[Soc-coordination] weekly reports, midterm evaluation

Hi All;
Keep those reports coming. We are reading them, we just stopped sending
feedback for the case that everything is OK.

Mentors and students should both be aware that midterm evaluations
(which need to be passed for the student to be payed) are due between
July 29 and August 2.
