*Improvements to Debian Search - Report 5

*Work I am doing right now:*

   - The base class for query expansion is now up and running.
   - I tested it for various features and it works well.
   - I also sub classed it implement the Bo1 weighting scheme and it works
   well too .

*Work I will do in the next week:*

   - I will implement two more weighting schemes by subclassing the base
   class.
   - I will write tests and documentation for all the three subclasses.
