[Soc-coordination] Status Report for Bootstrappable Debian, Weeks 10 & 11

Hi,

Over weeks 10 and 11 I've mostly worked on cross-build problems
suggested by Helmut Grohne, such as:
- src:ustr autoconfiguration - #721352
- src:guile-2.0 Multi-Arch: same -
  https://gitorious.org/roam-debian-bootstrap/guile-2_0-debian/commits/roam-multiarch

I also reworked my src:xfonts-utils proposed patch from scratch, taking
a quite different approach, as described in #717843, and I converted
src:libproxy to stage1 -
