[Soc-coordination] [GSoC2014][debci] Weekly report

Hi,

Sorry for the delay again, it will not be repeated more. Last week I sent the 
patch for bzr-xmloutput's mantainer and this weekend he agreed with my patch and
this issue is corrected in last version of this package. I try to work in 
'gnuplot' package, but I had some problems with my environment and cannot work on 
it, but I will correct it and return to 'gnuplot'. After this, I think that I 
can correct the 'gearmand' package and now I am sending my patch to my mentor 
review it. I am working in fsharp package at this moment and I think that is 
missing dependencies when run the tests, I will investigate it.
