[Soc-coordination] Second report: Provide some metrics in Debile

Hi,
this is second first weekly report on my Summer of Code project 'Provide
some metrics in Debile'[1][2].

Progress has been slow this week. I am still working on making debile
work on the Google/IRILL sponsored servers, fixing bugs along the way.

I have managed to make debile build packages again[3], but haven't been
able to enable clang builds yet.

My others goals were to enable scan-build and fix the findbugs check,
but I amm still stuck on clang: I've managed to make a clang build
manually with sbuild, but for some reason it doesn't work in debile.
I'll have to work extra next week to finish all that and still have time
to start adding graphs to debile-web.
