[Soc-coordination] Status Report: ListArchive - week 4

Hello,

this week I continued fixing problems with parsing mbox archives. 
Now perl module Email::Folder::Mbox with my modification should 
work on debian-devel archives. I already sent patch to module 
maintainers for review. Next thing which I done this week was 
profiling current code for archiving and inserting data to sqlite 
database. Testing on smaller data I was able to profile code and 
fix parts which take too much time, specially sql select queries. 
Final result in numbers for arching all emails from debian-devel:
before profiling: 677m33.905s
after profiling: 23m50.560s
