[Soc-coordination] Status Report for Bootstrappable Debian, Week 5

Hi,

During week 5 of my GSoC project I went on modifying packages in the
Feedback Arc Set to drop build dependencies so that they may be built in
a limited fashion starting from scratch on a new architecture.

I filed bugs for the following packages, taking the order from the
"Crossbuild order" page on http://bootstrap.debian.net/
- src:x264 - #752093 (drop unused libx11-dev), #735742 (modify d/rules to
  not build the x264 tool in the stage1 profile), #752103 (d/control)
- src:libvpx - #726485 (move doxygen and php5-cli to B-D-I)
- src:ijs - #752159 (new libijs-doc, B-D-I ghostscript and docbook-utils)
- src:xfonts-utils - #717843 (modify d/rules to only build font-util in
  stage1), #752235 (d/control)
- src:freetype - #752270 (modify d/rules to not build freetype2-demos in
  stage1), #752271 (d/control)
- src:krb5 - #752407 (modify d/rules to not build krb5-kdc-ldap in
  stage1), #752409 (d/control)
