This week I worked on the packages failed on mips64el, most for packages
caused its plugin failed, without mips64el support, and some only failed
with parallel compilation.

#753089
cpl is a library package failed only on mips64 port which affact some
plugin packages, the problem of cpl is fail with test, the main reason is
the "Singular matrix" problem, which need to be fixed by upstream.
I reported the bug both to debian and upstream, and use nocheck option to
build cpl, as the dependency for cpl plugin packages.

#753091
cpl-plugin-fors failed for the new function added in the newest cpl
package, which failed on mips64el. I use the locally build cpl(with nocheck
option), build the cpl-plugin-fors and submit the patch for tolerance
problem.

#753147
cpl-plugin-hawki is the same with cpl-plugin-fors, fail with tolerence.
Submit patch to solve it.

#753152
cpl-plugin-sinfo is the same with cpl-plugin-fors, fail with tolerence on
mips64el, I update the patch and test it on mips64el port.

#752315
blender lack the mips64el support in the source code, so I submit a patch
to solve the problem, with it blender build success on mips64el port.

#753158
csmash also ftbfs caused by mips64el lacking, I submit patch to pass the
build.

#752597
camomile build success on mips64el, amd64 and i386, without parallel option
when compile. But when compiling with parallel option, it failed. Did not
solve the problem, just report.

#718068
csh build fail when test on mips64el and other ports, there are patches
solved it with disable the dh_auto_test. I tested the patch for other port,
which works well on mips64el, amd64 and i386.

#743270
cairo-5c build fail when test, the same problem with csh, so I suggest to
take the same solution of csh, but not as a patch, for disable test may not
suit for this package.

The next week I will work on others packages failed on mips64el, now I do
not know the exactly reason of failure :) And follow the bugs if not close
with maintainers and upstream.

Regards,
Sphinx
