[Soc-coordination] Status Report of Improve Debian Port on MIPSE64EL, Week 1

The first week, I have learned the process of reporting and fixing bugs.
Working on debian packages that fail to build from source with GCC-4.9
while build successfully with GCC-4.8. These bugs affect many ports,
including MIPS64EL.

Some of the bugs are reported(

I reported an extra bug with patch tested on 3 ports: MIPS64EL, amd64, i386.

And uploaded patch for the following bug:

The bugs both fail when makeshlib, caused by symbols support changed in
GCC-4.9 from GCC-4.8. By fixing symbols files the packages build
successfully on my three ports.

Next week I will deal with bugs with similar problems, especially the
packages build fail on MIPS64EL without bug report.
