[Soc-coordination] Request for contributing to open source

Sir/Madam
This is sai siddhant, from IIIT Bhubaneswar is interested to contribute to
open source through gsoc. I have good hands on experience on 'c' and a
little knowledge in JAVA and loves "Data Structure" and am also a Wikipedia
editor.
