[Soc-coordination] Bootable Clang-Built Debian Weekly Report 5 (6.22 - 6.28)

Hello,

This week I continue to test whether the packages I fixed can be used to
boot a Debian or not. Last week I installed them all in once. This week I
installed them one by one by hand. I found that the reason that last week's
failure is kernel. It seems the kernel built with clang using Debian's
config file is not bootable. I I also built a tiny kernel with much fewer
configurations. It worked. Then I began to build kernel with LLVMLinux's
tested config file but met many problems. I will keep on trying.

I also tried to fix libsigc++-2.0 which failed because of some differences
in the list of symbol in the binary. Changing symbol file in debian
directory or changing optimization options can pass the building. But I
think this is not a good enough solution. I will try to add clang's version
of symbols file as an alternative in debian/rules or try some other fixing
ways.

Next two weeks I will have some exams, which makes my time limited. But I
will try my best to do this job in my spare time. After exams, I will focus
back on this immediately.
