In blendstasktools.py:

   - Cleaning up the code in GetTasksDependencies function
   - Checking and modifying prepared UDD queries like query_pkgs,
   query_new, query_vcs, query_metapkg_trans
   - Checking the function blends_query_packages() in UDD

Plan for Week 6:

   - Complete cleaning up and testing the module belndstasktools.py
   - Rewrite certain UDD queries (yet to be decided)
