[Soc-coordination] [Report][Week #1] Archive built with asan

This is report for work of week #1:
- Bit of a slow start, as had to revise some of the concepts again
  to get re-acclimatize with project.
- Tried latest version of dpkg-upload(1.18.0), which is enabling sanitizers
  itself inside buildflags.
- Built a docker configuration of debile, which will protect setup incase
  of any issues with machine.
- Hacked some of the previous scripts for clang to insert sanitizer flags.
- In start of next week, will discuss with mentor more about technical
  details, milestones for coming month and documentation of work.
- Will tweak debile code and other scripts as per the decided ways and
ideas.
