Hi.
I had (and implemented) an idea... bookmarks.
You can now do eg:
sr ntk
and if there is no elvis of that name, it searches
~/.surfraw.bookmarks and /etc/surfraw.bookmarks
for a bookmark of that name. The file format is simple, just
bookmark whitespace url
Surfraw now installs a sample /etc/surfraw.bookmarks, containing:
surfraw http://alioth.debian.org/projects/surfraw/
ntk http://www.ntk.net/
perlmodlist http://www.cpan.org/modules/00modlist.long.html
When we have a page at surfraw.alioth.debian.org, I'll point the
surfraw bookmark there instead.
I put a note about bookmarks and the /usr/bin/surfraw-elvi stuff in
README and the man page. The man page could probably use some work,
I'll have a look at that but probably not till after christmas, so
don't let that hold up a release.
We now have 3 files in /etc, should we move them to /etc/surfraw/?
Ian.
