OK, done that. I've also lowered the priority to medium, as
it will now get mailed to them if they don't see it.

I've added a paragraph to README explaining the surfraw-update-path
stuff.

Cool.

On the assumption this is going to happen, I've updated the changelog,
and bumped the version number to 2.0-1. I think the file rearrangement
plus new maintainers justify the leap. (Should that be 2.0.0-1?)

So, as far as I know, the NAMESPACE branch is ready
to build and upload, if everyone is happy. If not, let me know
and I'll update the changelog etc in HEAD, and we can go with that
instead.

This release will close *every* outstanding surfraw bug in the BTS!
I've put the appropriate (Closes: ) lines in the changelog.
(What about the NMU stuff, does that need to be acknowledged
by the maintainer?)
