Hi folks.

First of all let me say thanks to Moritz for all his work, and
congratulations on making DD!

I've just committed some new elvi and some tweaks.
Changelog:

    + changed elvi:
      - debsec: fix tabbing (Closes: #354737).
      - debbugs: updated search options.
    + new elvi:
      - ixquick (Thanks to Aparna Jaitly).
      - ctan.
      - fsfdir.
      - gutenberg.
      - wayback.
    + Makefile.include: change sed invocation to work with
      both old and new make(1).
    + debian/rules install: remove spurious mkdir.
    + debian/{prerm,postinst}: add #DEBHELPER# tokens.
    + Switch to debhelper compat level 4.
    + HACKING: corrected appendix 1.

The #DEBHELPER# tokens were just to shut up lintian/linda.
Moritz, can prerm and postinst be safely removed now?
