[Surfraw-devel] Migrated CVS repository to git

Hi,

I've just migrated the CVS repository to git.

The repo can be checked out with:

git clone git://git.debian.org/surfraw/surfraw.git

for surfraw or

git clone git://git.debian.org/surfraw/web.git

for the web pages.

The repos can be browsed at:

http://git.debian.org/?p=surfraw/surfraw.git

and

http://git.debian.org/?p=surfraw/web.git

I've updated the web page and docs to reflect the change.
Alioth, unfortunately, doesn't support displaying git
repos the way it does with CVS, so I've turned off
the VCS display in alioth, along with all the other
features we aren't using (trackers, polls, etc)

I've replaced the contents of the CVS repositories with
a README pointing to the git repo.

I also activate a post-commit hook (well, post-receive actually) in
the git repo so notification of all commits goes to the long-neglected
surfraw-commits list.

PS Bonus elvi: debvcsbrowse, browses the repo specified in the Vcs-Browser
field of a package, .dsc file or debian/control file. Depends on apt-cache,
so will only work (for package lookup) on debian systems.
