[Surfraw-devel] [PATCH] New elvis: pasearch

I'm not sure where the threshold is set for inclusion of esoteric elvi,
but I run an unofficial search engine for Penny Arcade comics, so I
wrote an elvis for myself.  It would be awesome to see this make it into
the official distribution.
